Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Trendydate currently offers the following shipping methods:

United States

  • Standard Shipping — $3.76
    Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping — $8.91
    Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days

International

Shipping rates for all countries outside the U.S. are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
Estimated delivery:

  • Canada: 5–10 business days
  • United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
  • Germany, France, Switzerland, EU countries: 5–12 business days

Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

International Customs & Import Fees

For international shipments:

  • Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are not included in product or shipping prices.
  • These fees are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Local customs offices may request extra documentation or processing time.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing:

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

Shipping Address Requirements

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
Trendydate is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Customs-related delays
  • Lost packages due to address errors
  • Additional reshipment fees

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs will apply.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Trendydate is not liable for packages marked “delivered” by the carrier.
If a package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the carrier immediately.
We can support you in filing a claim if needed.
